Shipping Policy

All deliveries are trackable, information will be sent to your email as soon as it is registered in the system.

Orders under $150: $7.00

Orders $150 and over: Free*

*excludes larger items - these prices are calculated at checkout

We aim to ship goods within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Please note we ship orders on working days and weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday in the case of a public holiday.

We currently ship NZ wide. International shipping is not yet available.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Temper we want to ensure that you love your purchase as much as we do!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us to arrange return within 7 days of receipt of the product/s. Provided that the product/s are in original condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging, as it was, we can:​

For full price items, either exchange it, replace it, or provide a refund.​

For sale or discounted promotional purchases, offer an exchange or store credit to be used at a later date.​

FAULTY GOODS RETURNS:

We cannot accept unused goods in damaged or missing packaging unless they are faulty. 

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will arrange for a courier pick up and full replacement of the goods. Please email us for instructions.​

ALL OTHER RETURNS:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

ALL PURCHASES ARE SUBJECT TO THE FAIR TRADING ACT 1986 AND THE CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT 1993
